 About Tyler:
Dr. Tyler Henson is the Assistant Vice Provost for Registration and Student Records & University Registrar at Middle Tennessee State University.  He become involved with Lambda Sigma as chapter advisor to Beta Delta shortly after beginning his professional career in 2008.  From there he was invited to join the National Executive Board as an Advisor at Large before taking on the roles of Communication Coordinator and Conference & Meeting Coordinator.  He has enjoyed working with Lambda Sigma at multiple levels and looks forward to helping the organization strengthen and grow.

 About Keaton:
Keaton Glass is the Director for First and Second Year Experience at Jacksonville State University (JSU). Primarily Keaton works with the orientation program and assisting students with their transition to JSU. His experience with Lambda Sigma began in 2018 with the establishment of the Beta Pi chapter and he currently serves as the chapter advisor. This organization provides a unique experience for the sophomores on campus who are sometimes overlooked after heavy programming during the first year. One of his favorite components of Lambda Sigma is the service pillar. It is a joy to watch the Beta Pi chapter and the national organization serve local communities.

 About Neal:
Dr. Neal Edman is the former Vice President of Student Affairs at Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. He became involved with Lambda Sigma as the College’s Lambda chapter co-advisor in 1998. He was elected to the National Board in 2004. Neal is extremely proud that Lambda Sigma is one of the few honor societies in America that places such great emphasis on service to our communities. Giving to society is a gift that is truly reciprocal and one that we hold dear to our mission.

 About John:
John Hauser is the retired executive director of development at Thiel College in Greenville PA and now serves as a fundraising consultant for not-for-profits. He became an advisor for Lambda Sigma when the Thiel Chapter was installed in 1977 and has served as an advisor to both the Thiel and University of Pittsburgh chapters. He joined the national board in 1999 and served as ritual advisor and vice president. John has seen, first-hand, how Lambda Sigma provides opportunities for leadership and service for its members that have been used not only during their college careers but in their adult lives.

 About Megan:
Megan Adukaitis is the Director of Career Development at Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania. She has been the advisor of the Beta Mu chapter since 2010, when the inaugural chapter was inducted at Alvernia. Serving as the advisor to the Beta Mu chapter has been exciting for Megan and she has enjoyed working with sophomores and helping them develop into campus leaders. She feels that Lambda Sigma provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable skills as they work together to connect service and scholarship. She is honored to be a member of the National Board.

 About Becki:
Becki is the Assistant Director for Transition Programs at The Pennsylvania State University. From 2018 to 2022, she served as a co-advisor for Penn State Behrend’s Alpha Eta chapter of Lambda Sigma. She assumed the Advisor at Large position on the Lambda Sigma National Executive Board in 2019, transitioned into the Treasurer role in 2020, and as of 2022 serves as the Communications Coordinator. Seeing students develop their leadership skills and find meaning through their experience is what makes working with Lambda Sigma so rewarding for her.

Terri Mando is the Director of Advising in the Academic & Career Planning Center at Penn State Behrend. She has been an advisor for the Alpha Eta Chapter since 2006. She has been on the National Board since 2012, and currently coordinates the chapter rituals and bylaws for Lambda Sigma. Terri believes in the importance of serving and giving back to the community.

 About Vinnie:
Vinnie Birkenmeyer is the Director of Residential Life and Housing at Pace University in Pleasantville, New York. His love for Lambda Sigma began as chapter President of the Pace-Pleasantville chapter in 2008 and has served as the advisor for the chapter since starting to work at Pace in 2012. Vinnie believes that Lambda Sigma is an amazing opportunity for students to give back to their community and learn leadership skills during the very critical, second year of their college experience.

 About Ian:
Ian Herr is currently a student at Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. Outside his collegiate courses, Ian performs as a percussionist in several instrumental ensembles within the School of Music Department, including the Wind Ensemble, Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble. He also recently established the Big Blue Pep Band as the Student Director. Ian cherishes the positive influence of Lambda Sigma on the community and its members, and he is honored to help contribute to the same opportunities that made his collegiate career remarkable to fellow students.

Luke Reed is currently a student at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama where he studies Biology with a concentration in Pre-Health Professions. Luke currently serves as a Gamecock Orientation (GO!) Leader which welcomes JSU’s incoming freshmen each year and equips them with knowledge so that they may succeed during their college career.
